Pelas regras atuais, ao se aposentar, o trabalhador pode ter sua aposentadoria reduzida em at\u00e9 50%. Em s\u00edntese, caso aprovado o Projeto de Lei, as futuras aposentadorias alcan\u00e7ar\u00e3o 100% do valor do benef\u00edcio (aposentadoria integral); ou seja, o c\u00e1lculo ter\u00e1 como base a soma do tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o com a idade do trabalhador. Exemplo: se est\u00e1 soma atingir 85 (mulher) e 95 (homem) a aposentadoria ser\u00e1 integral.
