Na odontologia existe insalubridade pelo fato do profissional trabalhar com o risco de agentes insalubres (infectos-contagiosos). A periculosidade est\u00e1 relacionada aos agentes ionizantes (raios-X); b) CONVEN\u00c7\u00c3O COLETIVA \u00e9 um acordo\u00a0realizado anualmente entre o SCDRJ e o sindicato dos empregadores. Nele o piso salarial \u00e9 maior do que o estabelecido na Lei 3999\/61 e vale para todos os cirurgi\u00f5es-dentistas empregados e regidos pela CLT.
